Yes — we assign you a dedicated cleaner so they get to know your home and preferences. Consistency is important to us.
How do I pay? +
Payment is taken after each clean via bank transfer or card. We'll confirm the details when you book.
Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not at all. Most of our regular clients leave a key or provide access via a lockbox. We're fully insured and all cleaners are vetted.
What if I need to skip a week? +
Just let us know 48 hours in advance and we'll reschedule at no charge. We're flexible around your life.
Do you bring your own cleaning products? +
We can use your products or bring our own — just let us know when booking. We use professional-grade, eco-friendly products.
