Do I need to be home during the clean? +
Not at all. Most clients leave a key or provide access via a lockbox. All our cleaners are vetted and fully insured.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean? +
A regular clean covers the main areas — hoovering, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dusting. A deep clean goes much further — inside ovens, behind appliances, inside cupboards, limescale removal and more.
Do you offer a discount for regular bookings? +
Yes — weekly cleans receive 15% off and fortnightly cleans receive 10% off the standard hourly rate.
Are your cleaners insured? +
Yes, all cleaners are fully insured for public liability. We background check and reference every cleaner before they join our team.
How do I pay? +
Payment is taken after each clean via bank transfer or card. No upfront payment required to book.
