Our end of tenancy cleans follow the same checklist that letting agents use for inventory checks. Most of our clients get their full deposit back. If the agent raises any issues within 48 hours, we'll return to fix them free of charge.
How much notice do you need? +
We can often accommodate bookings within 24-48 hours but we recommend booking as soon as you know your move-out date to secure your preferred time.
Does the property need to be empty? +
Yes — end of tenancy cleans are carried out on empty properties. All your belongings should be removed before we arrive.
Do you clean carpets? +
We deep vacuum and spot treat carpets as standard. Professional carpet steam cleaning is available as an add-on — just mention it when booking.
